Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
How shipment cost is determined
We have different shipping classes for products that you buy, and on occasion free shipping promotions.
Our shipping cost is calculated based on the size of your package, whether it is small (less than $10), Medium (between $10 and $40) and large (from $40 or more)
Free shipping is available on coupon and storewide promotion and for orders above specified value.

Free shipping is applied on occasion and different countries at different times. Please note that most international shipping takes 7 to 21 days, however free shipping may take as fast as 7 days or up to 30 days latest to arrive at your address depending on your country.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
At smilingdaily.com, we do not ship to P.O Box addresses APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Kindly provide a full address of your neighborhood or the nearest post office where you can collect your parcel from.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48hours of shipment, please do not contact us asking about the shipment progress until 48hours have lapsed.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT ALSO THAT YOU CREATED AT CHECKOUT TO VERIFY PARCEL LOCATION TRACKING.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Smiling Daily is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Smiling Daily is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping, especially when uninsured. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently offer worldwide shipping to the following zones: Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Canada, Australia.
Paid Shipping methods are Insured and Trackable methods
Free Shipping is Non-Trackable, and only at the discretion of the carrier is it sometimes trackable.
